Step Up to Quality:
You can use your Step Up to Quality Achievement Award (QAA) to pay for professional development for your staff. After numerous conversations with ODJFS seeking specialized training approval, the conversation continues! We hope to announce this approval soon. However, your QAA may be used for any professional development that aligns with individual professional developoment plans.
