Parents Who Parent Separately View Schedule

This six week, twelve hour class is designed for parents who are in a co-parenting role due to divorce, dissolution or legal separation.  If your child is having difficutly adjusting to spending time in two homes, or if you are concerned that your child is "caught in the middle" of the parents' challenges, this class will help.  You may also wish to take this class if a judge, magistrate or Guardian ad Litem has referred you.

Topics include: maintaining boundaries and rules in your home, listening to your child, communicating with the other parent about the children, and how to make decisions that are best for the children.

New Beginnings for New Fathers View Schedule

New Beginnings for New Fathers seeks to help fathers in Franklin County to connect with their children. Designed for fathers ages 15-25, or fathers of any age who are expecting or new dads with a child under the age of one, New Beginnings for New Fathers offers parenting and co-parenting skills; assistance with paternity, parenting time and child support; employment services; free resources to assist in establishing and building relationships with children; and money management instruction.

Father Factor View Schedule

This twelve hour course designed for Fathers is offered in multiple counties, in multiple formats.  The Father Factor program is dedicated to strengthening and honoring the role of today’s father with the hope and promise for you and your child’s future.

Father Factor recognizes that fathers have unique qualities, strengths, and talents that make them critical to their child’s healthy growth and development. Today, most dads need to explore and engage their ‘Father Factor.’ We have created the Father Factor with the goal of providing men a classroom curriculum that improves the attitudes and skills needed for responsible parenthood.  

Topics include: Co-‘Pair’enting, Art of Listening/Communication, Forgiveness, R.E.S.P.E.C.T.ful Discipline, and Decision Making. 

Additionally:  Fathers can receive professional coaching and assistance navigating various Fatherhood Institutions and Barriers up to and including; Child Support, Visitation/Custody, Paternity, Education, Employment, and Public Benefits.

Mothers Matter View Schedule

This twelve hour course is designed for mothers dedicated to strengthening and honoring the special role they play in the lives of their children.  Learn the art of communicating in new ways that will help you better connect with your children and lead to a productive and positive relationship.

Topics include: the Art of Listening, Positive Communication, R.E.S.P.E.C.T.ful Discipline, Co-'Pair'enting, Decision Making and Stress Management.

TAPP Express View Schedule

This three week, six hour course is ideal for parents who want a fast-paced course that focuses more on using The Art of Positive Parenting skills, and less on the theories behind them.  This class is designed for parents who are seeking parenting tips and enhanced skills.

The Art of Positive Parenting View Schedule

This is a six week, twelve hour course providing in-depth discussion about The Art of Positive Parenting skills and philosophies.  These sessions are ideal for parents who want to learn the theories behind the skills, time to practice them, talk with other parents, and receive coaching by the instructor.  This program has helped tens of thousands of parents over the past thirty five years.
